I am a 20 something year old aspiring Speech-Language Pathologist. I am also an artist who loves to paint flowers and write beautiful calligraphy!
This little corner of the web is where I express my creativity! I’m honoured you stopped by and chose to stay awhile. My hope is you’ll find some inspiration and encouragement as you explore.
If there was only one thing I could tell about me, it’s that I follow Jesus. He is the best thing that happened to me and I am thankful for His grace. This grace to save you is also available to you and that’s why I share so much about my faith!
There are many other things I’m passionate about too such as working with kids and teens, seeing university students get involved with campus community, and seeing how God works through summer camp ministry. Having a whole Bachelor’s has also made me a bit of a linguistics nerd. These things will sometimes sneak into my projects and blog posts, too!
But the reason you probably came to this page is to find ART!
These days my go-to’s are watercolour painting, acrylic painting, modern calligraphy and digital illustrating!
Anywho, that’s a glimpse of who I am. I’d love to get to know you too so let’s connect on Insta!
To encourage you in your walk with God and inspire you to do that with others.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV)
To create meaningful handmade cards and paper goods that encourage you and are tools to help you encourage others!
Started the “Artentine” blog to share about my university experience and all my crafting hobbies! My mom suggested documenting it because I had found Christian community on campus which was something other students could benefit learning about (since so many students say they find it lonely!) Since then I also started blogging about arts and crafts!
Started “Rebecca Paper Designs” in order to sell all my handmade cards! Since I couldn’t keep all my pieces of art anymore, I decided to share them.
