7 Ways to Use a Notebook

Considering the endless options for notebooks, you probably have your own method of filling up the pages. Here are 7 of my favourite ways to use notebooks!

  1. Bullet note your favourite memories

This is a good way to have a snapshot of favourite memories you might forget! No matter how big or small, it’s my favourite way to look back and remember all the heartwarming times.

  2. Write a list of things you’re thankful for

I am a complainer by nature and my mom has always encouraged me to go write down things I’m thankful for when things don’t seem so optimistic. There’s always something to be thankful for even if some months it takes longer to identify those things.

  3. Goals for the future

I mean, who doesn’t write down goals on January 1 (or at the beginning of September)? This is a nice way to set your mind on what’s important.

  4. Write down your prayers

If you also get distracted like me then this is something that’s helped me A LOT! Even if it’s just a list of names or points, writing it down helps me stay focused.

  5. List the things you’ve accomplished

Another good way to look back on the positive and reflect on all that God’s done in your life the past however-far-you’re-looking-back.

  6. Church and Sermon notes

Another preventative measure to distractions for me. Taking notes while listening helps keep you focused!

  7. Things God teaches you during your Personal time in the Word

This helps distraction but also, how fun is it to look back at what you were learning in past times? Sometimes you see how far God has brought you and what themes are present in your life. :)

Those are my favourites - what are yours? Leave a comment!
