Currently RPD ships to Canada, the US and internationally!

Please note the following:

Any orders chosen to be sent via lettermail means that there will be no tracking and RPD is not responsible for any lost orders (as per the terms and agreements).

International custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that shipping to certain countries are being put on hold by shipping companies, you will be refunded.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, shipping will depend on carrier.

RPD ships from Surrey, BC (near Vancouver). Any orders shipped by lettermail can take between 2-10 business days. Orders shipped by parcel within Canada should arrive within 2-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation from RPD. Please note, any postal delays are not due to RPD and will not guarantee you a refund.

Canada:

You have the option to choose free shipping by lettermail (up to 50 g of products), affordable lettermail, or the expedited parcel. For Canada, RPD has a flat rate shipping fee of $15 ($10 for BC) for your order to be sent via expedited parcel.

USA:

You can choose shipping by lettermail (free for up to 30 g, affordable options after that) or as an expedited parcel (flat rate of $15).

International:

You can choose affordable lettermail (no tracking) or an expedited parcel (flat rate of $15).

Yes, for Canada and the US!

Canada: If you are ordering up to 50 g worth of products (~20 stickers or 5 cards) then shipping is free by lettermail! If your order weighs more than that, unfortunately there is no free shipping option.

US: You can choose shipping by lettermail (free for up to 30 g, affordable options after that).

RPD does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have a problem with your order, please fill out the contact form!

If you selected lettermail as your shipping option, I will not be able to track your package. While it may seem a bit risky to select lettermail, Canada post is usually reliable and it is the only way for me to provide an affordable option for you!

If you selected an expedited parcel, I will only be able to track your package via the same link you are sent to track your package.
